Specializing in behavior change for alcohol recovery, grief and loss, perfectionism and workaholism, and coming to this work from my own lived experience, I can activate your motivation for change by helping you connect to your body as you manifest a life filled with abundance and vitality.
Often, when we're seeking happiness, what we really need is wholeness. That wholeness allows all our feelings to emerge, both positive and negative. I understand that each person's pathway to recovery is different, and I can help you create your own individual recovery toolbox.

This program is designed for women who are ready to make meaningful change with consistent, compassionate support. This isn’t just coaching—it’s a sacred space for transformation, reflection, and sustainable change.
In Month 1, we’ll meet weekly, and you’ll also have the opportunity to connect with me each evening through my secure, HIPAA-compliant portal. This private space is where you can journal your thoughts, reflect on your day, and receive personalized, thoughtful responses from me—your dedicated accountability partner.
In Months 2 and 3, we’ll continue our work together with bi-weekly coaching sessions (twice a month), while maintaining our nightly check-ins to ensure your momentum, clarity, and emotional support remain strong.
