Coaching for Brain Health
Alzheimer's Disease affects approximately 6 million people in the United States, and two-thirds of those diagnosed are women. If you are concerned about getting Alzheimer's Disease or have family members with the disease, I can serve as your partner and guide in ameliorating the symptoms and reversing the conditions that can cause the disease.
Together, we will focus on cognitive-boosting nutritional support, exercise, stress reduction, and restorative practices, as well as brain-stimulation training, quality sleep, and detoxing your home, toiletries, and cosmetics.
I am certified to work with clients using the ReCODE/Bredesen Protocol® to prevent cognitive decline and administer the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), a screening tool used to detect mild cognitive impairment and early signs of dementia.
I offer specialized brain health coaching to optimize cognitive well-being, including nutritional, cognition-enhancing lifestyle changes using healthy fats and non-starchy foods as well as brain-boosting practices such as fasting.
My coaching will empower you and transform your relationship with food and lifestyle so that these practices become a routine system that is simple to implement, providing you and your loved ones a clear path to optimized cognition and overall health.

Getting Started With the ReCODE/Bredesen Protocol

I offer an introductory call where you can ask questions about the ReCODE Protocol and my coaching programs. We’ll discuss what it means to work together to see if it’s a good fit.
COACHING PACKAGE FEES:
You can choose to work with me at an hourly rate or you can buy a package of sessions, for a discounted cost.
Hourly Rate: $175 per hour
Initial Package of 5 Sessions (Initial Session: 90 minutes and 4 Follow-up Sessions: 50 minutes each): $699
Continued Care Package of 5 Sessions (5 Follow-up Sessions: 50 minutes each): $599
The frequency of sessions is determined by your needs. To start, the first two sessions are generally scheduled within 2 weeks, and then the remainder is spread out over 2-3 months.
DATA MANAGEMENT OF YOUR RECODE/PRECODE REPORT:
I prefer that you purchase the baseline lab panels through Apollo Health and generate your first ReCODE or PreCODE Report ahead of your first session, however I offer 50% off data management fees if you have purchased one (or more) of my packages of coaching sessions.
If you prefer to ask your own doctor to order the baseline labs (for ReCODE or PreCODE), I can input your lab results to generate or update your ReCODE or PreCODE Report(s).
Initial ReCODE or PreCODE Report: $150
Update ReCODE or PreCODE Report (with new results): $99
