Qoya Inspired Movement is based on the idea that through movement, we are able to tap into our essence, remembering our essential wholeness, honoring it, and expressing it.

Qoya offers a map of movements that open your mind, heart, body, and soul. By getting out of our heads and into our bodies, we trust the feelings and sensations in our bodies as we use them to guide our dance.

Through movement, ritual, and community connection, we learn to trust the physical sensation of truth in our bodies. Qoya encourages a shift from seeking external validation on how you move to a place where you reclaim the innate ability to move the way you want to, fostering a dependable and lasting sense of inner validation.
