Coaching for Brain Health with the Bredesen Protocol

Alzheimer's Disease affects approximately 6 million people in the United States. If you are concerned about getting Alzheimer's Disease or have family members with the disease, I can serve as your partner and guide in ameliorating the symptoms and reversing the conditions that can cause the disease.

I am certified to work with clients using the ReCODE/Bredesen Protocol® to prevent cognitive decline, and I offer specialized coaching to optimize brain health, including nutritional cognition-enhancing lifestyle incorporating healthy fats and non-starchy foods as well as brain-boosting practices such as fasting.

Together, we will focus on cognitive-boosting nutritional support, exercise, stress reduction, and restorative practices, as well as brain-stimulation training, quality sleep, and detoxing your home, toiletries, and cosmetics.

I offer coaching to empower you and transform your relationship with food and lifestyle so that these practices become a routine system that is simple to implement, providing you and your loved ones a clear path to optimized cognition and overall health.

A peer-reviewed study was published in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease in 2021. Co-authored by Dr. Dale Bredesen and Drs. Kat Toups, Ann Hathaway, and Deborah Gordon, this study showed that 84% of participants with early-stage Alzheimer’s, showed a significant improvement in their cognition.

"ReCODE: A Personalized, Targeted, Multi-Factorial Therapeutic Program for Reversal of Cognitive Decline" is Apollo Health's first publication/data analysis, which demonstrated improvement of cognition for a majority of participants in the ReCODE Program.

PreCODE® is the only clinically proven program to optimize brain health and prevent cognitive decline. PreCODE is intended for individuals who are asymptomatic and interested in preventing cognitive decline and promoting brain health optimization. It was designed for adults of any age with a family history of dementia, with risk factors such as pre-diabetes or inflammation, and for all of us who are over 45 years of age.

Receiving an Alzheimer’s diagnosis isn’t a death sentence...

Nor is having a family history of dementia and Alzheimer’s.

There is something all of us can do now to prevent and reverse cognitive decline.

Samantha compassionately navigated the ReCODE Bredesen Program with me. Her services then evolved into supportive care which encompassed all aspects of my well-being. She enlightened my soul, and I am filled with gratitude for all her encouragement.
